Meaty/bacon, earthy, robust, rich and concentrated, lush, alcoholic. Big, soft, squishy fruit but firm tannins, lush ripeness, good vanilla, oak and with excellent length and balance. Decanter 5 stars (4 bottles)
Springfield Estate Wild Yeast Chardonnay 2003
This unwooded Chardonnay, fermented with native yeast present in the vineyard, abounds with flavours of pineapple and pear drops. Deliciously complex in style! (2 bottles)
Southern Ridge Pinotage 2007
Smoky and fleshy, but with good aromatics and vibrancy to the black currant, fig, roasted sage and bramble notes. A nice minerally spine lingers through the finish.WS 90 (2 bottles)

Ripe and tangy, with a mix of red currant, damson plum, Kenya AA coffee and iron notes that glide through the mouthwatering, tobacco-tinged finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. WS 90 (1 bottle)
