Robert Foley’s 2007 Pinot Blanc is vinified without oak and without malolactic fermentation to highlight the grape’s natural fruity-floral characteristics. Gardenia and jasmine mingle with peach and pear notes on the nose, balanced by natural acidity and focused fruit on the palate. Delightfully refreshing and versatile, this wine makes a great aperitif and drinks wonderfully through a meal, too.
