Jonata La Flor de Jonata  Sauvignon Blanc 2004

Intense and complex, with ripe, spicy herb, lime, citrus and green apple flavors that are well-proportioned, ending with tangy acidity.  

Jonata el Alma de Jonata 2004

The 2004 Cabernet Franc blend shows great balance between sweet black fruit and the herbal Asian spice character so often found in this classic grape. Alongside cassis and black plum, it displays characteristic notes of black olive and rose petal on the nose. In the mouth, this wine is very generous and rich, with flavors reminiscent of dark-chocolate covered raspberries. Its velvety texture flows into the finish with ultra fine grained tannins that coat the mouth, but don’t overwhelm the elegance of the fruit. 

Jonata la Miel 2004

The bouquet offers notes of lemon custard, fresh mango, orange marmalade and candied peaches. On the palate there is plenty of sweet honey filling the mouth which was not overly thick as some Sauternes can be. Within the honeyed sweetness comes candied Granny Smith apple, apricot, white peaches and the slightest hint of orange peel. 

Jonata El Desafia de Jonata Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 

A blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Merlot, this wine’s dark ruby/purple hue is followed by aromas of mocha creme de cassis pain grille and a touch of espresso superb fruit on the attack a deep full-bodied mouthfeel good underlying acidity and sweet seamlessly integrated tannins. Fasten your seatbelts as these wines will give purchasers a serious ride for their money! RP 91 

Jonata la Sangre de Jonata Syrah 2004

This 100% Syrah wine was aged for 19 months in 60% new French oak and 40% two-year old French wood. It offers beautiful chocolate, blackberry, charcoal, acacia flower, and roasted meat characteristics, rich, full-bodied flavors, lovely purity, refreshing acids, and ripe tannin.  RP 94

 

Jonata La Poesia de Jonata Pinot Noir 2004

This wine has a bright and vibrant ruby hue, a complex nose of incense, black cherry, plums, fig and smoke notes. Ot also shades of the earthy nuances that will surely develop with time in bottle. Pure velvet on the palate; rich and mouth filling, but also elegant and refined.
