Two Hands Bella’s Garden Shiraz 2002
This blockbuster boasts a dense ruby/purple color as well as aromas and flavors of smoke, graphite, lard, black currants, and cherries. This medium to full-bodied, elegant Shiraz reveals beautiful integration of wood, an expansive texture, and a natural mouthfeel. The result of impeccable winemaking from top-notch vineyard sources, it is another example of winemaker Matt Wenk and Michael Twelftree’s talents. RFP 95

The pure, well-balanced 2003 Shiraz Bella’s Garden is a blockbuster. Dense ruby/purple with a perfume of smoky oak, bacon fat, black cherries, and sweet cassis, it possesses tremendous fruit, a wonderful texture, and a long, heady finish with sweet tannin. RP 95
Two Hands Bella’s Garden Shiraz 2004
From the Barossa, this inky/ruby/purple-hued 2004 Shiraz offers notions of mint, blackberries, smoke, dusty earth, and a distinctive licorice and creme de cassis character. This layered, full-bodied, powerful, stunningly complex, rich wine is impressive.

Opaque purple in color, this wine offers a reticent perfume of pencil lead, blueberry, and blackberry. Supple, ripe, and with all components in harmony, this medium-bodied Shiraz has uplifting acidity, excellent depth, and a lengthy finish. RP 93
Two Hands Bella’s Garden Shiraz 2006
The purple-colored 2006 offers a brooding bouquet of wood smoke, pepper, damp earth, blueberry, and licorice. This leads to a full-bodied, layered Shiraz with excellent grip and power. RP 92
Two Hands Bella’s Garden Shiraz 2007
Deep red with black to purple hues, the wine is vibrant and focused, with characters that continually evolving. Aromas of red currants, cherries and subtle lavender are followed by chocolate, char, hints of crème anglaise, spice, earth and rosemary. It is full of rich red fruits, cloves and earthy notes, supported by fine tannins and elegant oak. The long palate is full of generous fruit and remains focused as it evenly tightens to a long balanced finish with fresh acidity.

Dark and dense, but emerges with vivid color and bright flavors of raspberry, black cherry and a hint of peach, beautifully tinged with cocoa, licorice and mineral notes as the finish sails on impressively. WS 94. Rated #2 Top 100 Wines 2010

Complex, focused, fresh and distinctive for its mineral-accented cherry and plum flavors, hinting at licorice, bay leaf, black tea and pepper as the finish lingers against refined, mouthcaressing tannins. This has depth and lingers well. WS 94
