Araujo Altagracia 2007

This wine exhibits a dark ruby/purple color along with a classic wet stone minerality that is a characteristic of this vineyard, black currant and incense notes, medium body, sweet tannin and an overall sense of elegance and restraint. RP 90

Araujo Sauvignon Blanc 2009

This wine offers up beautiful scents of Thai lemon grass, honeyed grapefruit, melons and crushed rocks. Fresh, medium-bodied and very perfumed with beautiful intensity as well as a seductive personality. RP 91

Araujo Eisele Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

A beautiful wine by any standards, it is just not one of the great Eiseles. Its deep plum/ruby/purple hue is accompanied by notes of cassis, blueberries and acacia flowers. RP 93 (3 bottles)

Araujo Eisele Syrah 2004

Syrah has done well in this climate, and the 2004 Syrah Eisele Vineyard is a more elegant, lighter-styled wine than I thought from tasting it last year. It is still well-delineated with a dark ruby/purple color, floral and blackberry notes, a subtle peppery touch and a hint of meat. RP 92 (1 bottle)
